It might actually matter if someone tries grappling her, but that doesn't seem a very likely circumstance.

And if she prepares
Dimension Door regularly (hey, it's only a 4th level spell) then she has a rather quick out for grapples or getting swallowed that rely only on a concentration check, and take but a single standard action.
Well, as long as she doesn't get
pinned and unable to speak... as she doesn't have the
Silent Spell feat.
