I just tested your account and there's nothing wrong with your username or password. It works fine. You can login to the website and the lobby using the password you entered when you created your account online.
I hate to state the obvious, but just in case, double check your password and your caps lock. If you forgot your password, just go to
http://lol.shrapnelgames.com/Forgot.asp and enter your e-mail address to have your user info sent to you.
