Sorry, yeah, should have listed here too. 345 systems is not a problem. Turns out I had the Offsets to 0,0 and they have to be minium of 1,1. Also, entry #102 had an extra 2 in the Ypos setting putting to 225 instead of 25.
Hence the Range Check error. Hope this helps anyone else trying to make maps.
