Ok, it appears the IP address for my cable connection has been reset. I always knew this was a possibility since I moved to the cable isp since it's not a static ip address, but this is the first time it's happened that I can recall, which seems pretty remarkable.
The new IP address is 69.81.92.216. You should be able to connect to PBW by typing
http://69.81.92.216 in your browser. I will get the DNS updated so the pbw.cc domain will be correct, but that may take a day or two.
