The carry-over bug. It used to happen any time you used shift-click to move several ships. That was sort-of fixed, but it still happens when you use shift-click to move several ships/fleets into combat. It's easy to duplicate. Just shift-click several ships/fleets and attack something. When combat is over, if you survive

, all except the very first item in the list will have 'ghost' orders to attack the sector they are currently in and if you execute your turn without clearing them they will each attack again. This could be a disaster if you can't afford to stir up more trouble. More likely it's just tedious as hell to have to click "next turn" 30 * <number of items in list>...
