Two new (AFAIK) bugs:
- The Production Modifier for some Cultures doesn't applies (it should augment or decrease your resource production).
- As I reported in another message a ship with a Ship Yard, unlimited supplies and a Ion Concussion BLaster can create a huge number of storms in a single turn (up to 252 Storms! same for a ship with a Beta Displacement Pulser but destroying them).[/list]
