We could send it to the Supreme Court, but I would have to say it has passed. I was merely poining out that the rules (written by yours truly) were not as clear as they ought to be. Hopefully this will be fixed in some kind of future admentment. It kind of reminds me of Bush winning by stealing Florida in the 2000 election in the USA. And no, I did not also write the rules for the Electoral College!
Since both you and TC voted for war, I would say you two ought to enjoy the fireworks. At least it will give you a nice incentive to stay in the game now instead of finding a sub. Unless you get utterly crushed, that is.
