I think the guy is just a wack job who is trying to get free money out of AOL. I am surprised that if this is true, that the national media hasn't picked up on it.
And if you read the AOL EULA it states that AOL "owns" all content of your IM, Chat, and so on. Hense why many of us dispise AOL.
