The Fenris Pelt (or some such) summons once at the beginning. Soulstone auto-summons once, and then can cast Howl each turn, if scripted to do so.

Call of the Wild each turn is pretty nice - but the in-battle usage is what makes it so great, all those wolves coming at the enemy mages from all directions.
