A long time ago there was a thread where an idea for a game was proposed. The idea was to play the game as a Neutral player would play. This is a spinoff from that. I didn't follow the formula exactly, but modified the idea a bit for PBW. You can read the original thread here....

Any way, this game is a little different from the typical PBW game. You don't upload an empire or anything like that. All five human players are neutrals generated by the game which I have turned over to human control. Pick the one you want, all five are equals.
There are also five AI in the game. Normally I don't like AI in PBW games, but I have disabled surrender, and the AI players start with three planets and you only have get one, so it shouldn't be too bad. If they are still too weak, let me know and I will give them bonuses and disable trading in future Neutral Challanges.
Anyway, if you are interested, go to PBW and look for "Neutral Challange" and pick one of the open spots.
