When you click on links to attachments, you should get the option to "open" or "save to disk" depending on your browser. Select save instead of open. It should give you a save dialog box. Use it to navigate to where you want to save the file. Another problem you may have is that his files are ".rar" files. This is a compressed file (like a zip file) and requires and rar-capable zip program. There are many free ones available on the net if you don't have one. The files will have to be extracted from the compressed file before you can use them.

edit: seems to be unzipped and downloaded but it dosnt show up in preferences...
