I have to agree with Slick, it's best to do the right and honorable thing and pay for services you've received, even if you could get away with not paying. It's only fair that if you receive something of value, you pay for it. But I guess that if they keep giving you a service after you asked them to stop, then it doesn't make sense you you to have to keep paying for something you don't want.
