My guess is that a number of those are player's home provinces, which means that they'll be fighting it out pretty quick.
Not sure that it'll be any better next time - Dom2's code is pretty horrible about how it places VPs and capitals.
I'm okay with continuing (and no, I'm
not in that clustered area
), or with restarting. (If we do restart, you should probably save the pretenders and restart until it seems decent.)
