C&D Mod version 1.1

-Added 87(!) Emperor Titles
-Added 13 Demeanors
-Added 35 Empire Types
-Added 4 Happiness Types: Opressed, Pacifists, Imperialists and Diplomats
The archive contains two folders; Cultured & Demeanors Mod is the fully functional mod folder, with all required files copied from stock 1.94. C&D Mod is the "lite" version with just the modified files (and a few I still plan to modify) for inclusion with other mods. Feel free to include this mod or portions of it in your own mod as suits you, but a small mention in the credits would be nice
