Second, similar to the case with SEV, I think the developers would rather spend time working on the game than updating their website...
Go look at the GalCiv2 forums. As much time as Brad spends reading and posting on the forums, I can't imagine how he gets any work done
Edit: I don't mean that in a bad way; I know he works really hard. I just don't understand when he sleeps.
