I will eventually take the capital, which will bring me to 5 though. Hopefully a couple others will gain some vps before then though
I guess I don't really believe in VP chasing cheeze - though that's fine if someone does go for a VP grab, since dem's the rules. If eventually, in the normal course of events, I gain the 7 vps, well, great. But I plan on just playing normally.
