Or rather to repeat myself again: Do not hardcode the nation limit at all. There will soon surely be some great nation mods, so it would be cool if there are 40 new nation mods if we could then play with 100 nations. 1500:100 is still 15 provinces per player

Hey, if every nation could be used unlimited often we could even play a 1500 province game with 1500 players/ais.
That would be a cool weird game

I really see no reason why a game like 20 Ctis vs. 20 Pythium players e.g. would not be cool sometimes too
