Actually Strategy First is selling SEIV Deluxe for 19.99 right now. I don't know what they charge for shipping though. Strategy First

If you have a Gamestop in your area they are selling the retail box version for 19.99. You can find stores on their website and it will tell you which ones have them in stock.
