I like third-world campaigns. They have a lot more low-quality armor (which is more interesting to play with than first-world Abrams and Leopard 2 style "death ray" tanks with perfect accuracy and powerful guns). These campaigns also tend to have more infantry, and the battles are smaller and more interesting. I'd love to have a Bolivia vs. Brazil campaign. In real life it wouldn't be ridiculous if the two nations had a few skirmishes. Wars between nations in Latin America are more common than they are in all of the rest of the world except Africa, which allows you to create a realistic and plausible scenario.
