Default Yugoslavian oob

As it seems the Yugoslavian oob is quite poor. Now, I would complain louder, but I remember how spectaculary I failed with my own mod of the oob

So I intend to start with small improvements.
1. Paratroopers

The Croatian armes forces had one batalion, formed 1942, ready to use from mid 1943. It was a German equiped unit.
The biggest combat jump was company sized.

Tito had one batalion at his disposal. It was trained from mid 1944 in Italy from 1/3 volunteers, 1/3 injured and 1/3 russian trained parachutist.
The batalion was shiped in december 1944 to Yugoslavia, fully equiped with UK gear (minus the parachuts) but saw no combat.
