I've listened to both Fear Factory and Rammstein while playing Dominions II.
And also Apocalyptica which in my opinion fits the game well. Especially 'Harmageddon'.
EDIT: I also downloaded the songs they have for download on the Falsobordone site and I can't stop listening to "Muito faz grand' ero".
