I have thought about using a section of my Winspwiki for something like this. I planned to concentrate on Scenario and Campaign designing stuff but a detailed HELP section might be worth adding. We could comb all the forums looking for information and post all in one location that way.
Of course, I'll need to figure out just how to make my wiki work the way it is supposed to.
