Thanks Fyron. The MS Tech support guy has recommended that I do a complete system restort - destructive - to reset my sytem. They cannot figure out why I am unable to udate aside from speculating that during the restore, a program that HP has which in his words is "shotty at best" key files were corrupted.
So I am going to do a full restore as soon as I can see if I can retrieve my old emails. If not then they are gone. Man I lost so much that it just makes we want to go and do some evil to those responsible for these suck *** programs.
Hell even my back ups won't work because Windows won't read the GD disks!
And too top it all off, I an now out of the SE V beta.
I don't know what to do about that, say for emailing Aaron and asking for help in re-authorizing me. This truly sucks. I lost all of my images, all of my pictures, all of my DOGA work, everything. Who would have thought that WINDOWS wouldn't recognize its own back up cd?
