I'm really surprised this wasn't implemented yet. I thought more powerful AIs already got more supplies. We know their large armies starved most of the time, but was the supply bonus just too weak, or was there a bug of some kind?
It's a good change, but I wonder why it hasn't been done earlier. Well, at least we got another update of the
