Depending on the "contingency level" of your campaign (i.e. size and mechanization of the forces), you may want to switch these allied forces to captured items, if that's possible at all.

That would give you Hizballah-tagged units with Iranian and/or Syrian kit, which IMHO would fit nicely in the current situation of both countries sparing material support from behind a significant political standoff.

Apart from that, I don't know how much you can regulate the amount of allied/captured forces in the IA mix, which should stay quite low.
On the other hand, maybe you can insert some odd Iranian "advisors" units, but I don't know if they should be allied or captured units, since there is officially "no Iranian fighter in Lebanon" ... (waddya think, they have all been issued Lebanese passports before leaving! )

Just my tuppence, make what you want from that.
