That's why I picked Proportions at the first place, very good for RPG and longterm playing
BTW. I needed a Ruine in the map I'm creating with 800 tech points (instead of the 300 in stock) to get all of the techs for the Independent Races. is lot of extra techs in Prop.Mod.
