Webmin ( http://www.webmin.com/) might do the trick, but I must admit I used it for 3 years from my Windooze desktop but have no clue if you can really set it up to run on a X-less server (or how I should do that). As it's only a webserver and a bunch of perl scripts I guess it should, but better check yourself ...

As for AI the most effective work around to this problem so far is to simply use an American instead, they tend to put up a bit more of a fight than your average Artificial Idiot.
