Movement Penalties for troop carrying
I understand that there is a movement penatly of about 500 MPs for tanks carrying infantry, okay. They're not really designed for it.
But why is there an approximately 2/3ds MP penalty for halftrax as well? They're supposed to esily and rapidly pick up and drop off their troops.
