See the earlier question about most powerful summon. Also, see St Patrik's Silent Seas AAR. Is A2S3H3 size3 4-armed magic being who can instantly teleport anywhere different enough to be powerful?
I'm not sure if Doom Horrors can be summoned with Wish any more, at least without them going wild and eating your own troops when you most need them (see: Eater of the Dead). And Demon Lords are supposed to be Evil with lots of Blood Slaves. Hmm. HMmmm!
