Eh yes. I've made the wallpaper on my laptop, and it was easier to make it 1024x768 on that. That is why its not 1280++.
I might make a bigger version on my main comp.

I still plan some updates on the Ulm wallpaper, after that I want to make a wallpaper for Ermor and Abysia. All the other nations will have one later on hopefully, but I want to make these wallpapers first, because these 3 are my favourite nations in the game.
