WinSPWW2 crashed on me today. By that I mean I actually got a Windows error message - you know "WinSPWW2 has blah blah blah and Windows will be forced to close it".
Why post about this? Because as near as I can remember, this is the first time the game has actually crashed on me. And I downloaded it on day one (and I tried to on what Shrapnel thought was hour one
) and pre-ordered the CD and was, I think, the first guy here to post about getting my CD.
And while I haven't played WinSPWW2 every day, I think the only week I haven't played the game on at least three days was when I went on a camping vacation. (In fact last year when we went to Ireland and Scotland for two weeks, I took my old laptop, for three reasons and three reasons only: DOS SPWW2, SPMBT, and Diablo 2.
)
So I'm posting to say - ONE crash in that amount of time, in that many games?
