Nope. Haven't seen any. Actually, I haven't even researched up to Constr. 8 in Dom3.
Also, costs have been updated. Level 3 item costs only 15 gems, level 5 items only 40 gems, etc. I couldn't test how much level 4 items cost nowadays because I didn't find any. The reason I didn't find any is that some items have been updated. Rings of Sorcery and Treelords' Staves are level 5 items now.
