It won't double the number of bad events, but it might actually increase it. I haven't tested it, and I haven't calculated it either, but it could happen. In Dom3, luck has a bigger effect on whether the event is good or bad, and it has been modded in Dom2 as well. However, Luck will make the
severe bad events less likely, especially when compared to Misfortune, even in Dom2.
