www.wikipedia.org, can use wikipedia content and is run under the GNU Free Documentation License. The place is free from google ads.
I plan to collect on this place some forum wisdom (tactics, god design etc) and make a new sub-wiki-page for each of the many nations of dom3.
I will start a dom3 entry on wikipedia as soon as i have dom3 in my hands. The wikipedia article will just describe the game; the strategywiki articles will be a place for walkthrougs and tactics discussion.
