I've downloaded this demo last week-end.

I found the game totally boring. I only tried the campaign mission and it was basically just learning how to use the (ultra powerful) few spells they give us. All units they give us are as good as dead at the next battle. Eventually, I got to the point where I could start building a base in the usual rts fashion but two seconds after I got started, the undead started to come in unending waves, single handedly killed by my ranger with a sword. And that's hundreds of undeads.

Eventually, I became bored of killing undeads coming from every direction and having my base ruined for the sixth time. If only it had included a tutorial of some sort. And the graphics are so zoomed out... nice zoomed out graphics are easy, and the story and dialogue feel cheesy.

The AI is excellent. Frankly this is the best AI what I've seen so far. It is attacking with huge number of troops endlessly. I don't know if its cheating or not, but this was on normal diff. level. Try a skirmish game against the AIs. Its hardcore. I think that the game will require some balance. The Elven faction seems more powerful then the Undead. I've played 3 skirmish games so far, and the Elven AI steamrolled he Undead AI in all games. Mass archers just killed off the hundreds of skeletons and ghosts, and at that point the UD AI had no stronger troops only some mummies.
Anyways this game will be excellent for both SP and MP.
