That depends largely if you use vanilla or cb imho.
In vanilla dom2 ermor was awesome

But in CB/Dom3 clams are much harder to make, and nearly impossible to hoard for ermor. So ermor is imho much weaker in Dom2 CB and not too uber in Dom3 neihter probably.
But because population is so important in Dom3 and both ermor and ryleh are death themes there ermor should be very good in dom3 late era. I think you will like them
