Gregg speaks truth! Hey, I'm all for doing whatever it takes to get Shrapnel games out into the marketplace as quickly as possible (for purely personal and selfish reasons, I'll admit
). I will certainly pass your sentiments on to our small format and bindery departments, as they are the true superstars behind the quick turnaround for those manuals. Me, I'm just a bit of off-the-clock quality control.
I've actually been a Shrapnel fan for about 3 years longer than I've been with the company, so you can imagine how stoked I was when I first learned that we'd be handling your print work.
