It would help to know which file was not found (if the message tells you that). Because it is an end-of-turn file I kinda suspect it isn't a brakiri file at all, but rather a file in the next race in the turn sequence.

Make sure you have all the default AI files. Those are the ones accessed at the beginning of a race's turn.
