Other than that, Johanna Sinisalo has written one of the most fascinating Finnish fantasy books where Trolls make a comeback. It's like Bandar Log in the North. It's awesome book. Not scary, but very, very weird. Few things might give you few unwholesome mental images. Nothing as bad as the Great Mother, though...
