Default GUI slider improvement
Clicking the research slider a bunch of times to zero in on exactly where it changes from 0.2 to 0.1 years. Then I remembered doing the same thing in GalCiv2, clicking a stupid number of times to adjust the money trade and influence trade settings (back before they disabled influence trade by turning up the numbers too high).

Wouldn't it be nice to RIGHT-CLICK the arrow button, and just have it move to the next important value?
