Open a DOS prompt.
Start SE5, make it try to connect to a TCP/IP game.
In the DOS prompt, type "netstat -b -n" and look for connections related to SE5 exe.

Now, you know the ports! Of course, the manual might say, but this way is a more general and effective mechanism.
