Their age seems to change each time you look at the unit view. Try clicking on their age from the recruitment window then closing the Misbred window, open it again, and look again. I suppose their age might represent the strain of their creation or something, but the demonbreds always start out at 95 (so the recruitment screen says at least!).

Misbreds are supposed to be degenerates and freaks and their bodies are sometimes prematurely aged. This is reperesented by a random age addon. You will get an example age if you inspect a unit, but it will be different each time (every time you inspect a unit in the recruitment queue a new unit is created, when you close the window he is killed. In dom2 you could sometimes hear the screams of the dying when closing the window).
