Default 2 misc questions (mines, diplomacy) for seiv
1) When a treaty is broken does a ship on a sector with some ex-allied mines trigger them?
2) Is there a traty that does not engage battles when encountered but does not trade anything?

And an extra question ...
3) Sorry but there are too much posts to stay tuned ... I'd like to buy sev, How is the situation? Ha been patched? Is buggy? Is playable? Have I to wait?
