Romulan: War with Orks, Vikings and Vaxin. T&R with Rage. Partnership with Praetorians, Aquilaeian and Pyrochette. None with Piundon.
They’re 4th now, and maybe have a little slow colonization rate (they have lots of available planets into their systems).
The attack ships in my view, have not enough firepower: 2 Null-Space Projector into their attack Battle Cruisers.
They have Ice and Gas Colonization.
Praetorian: MA with Orks, EA and Vikings. Vaxin. Trade with Pyrochette. Vikings. Partnership with Aquilaeian, Romulan and Vaxin. None with Rage and Piundon. WAR with Drakols.
Not big changes. Most of their allies (except EA and Vaxin), hate them. They have lost several colonies into Drakol territory. The interesting thing, is that although they have 122 ships, they have only 4 fleets with 8, 2, 5 and 4 ships! Also, they’re not using their ships against the Drakol (I think that this part is hardcoded).
They have Rock, Ice and Gas Colonization.
Orks: MA with Praetorian, Drakol, and EA. T&R with Vikings, Trade with Aquilaeian Partnership with Vaxin. At War with Pyrochette and Romulan.
They lost all of their starting planets, and keep 7 planets into one system... Still they’re alive because the hardcoded AI behaviour of their enemies let them to live!
They have Rock Colonization.
Vikings: Military with Praetorian, EA and Piundon. T&R with Orks. Trade with Drkakols. War with Rage, Aquilaeian and Romulan.
They have killed one Rage’s starting planet, and colonized some new systems. Not battles against Aquilaeian and Romulan.
They have Ice Colonization.
Earth Alliance: War with Pyrochette, Drakol and Piundon. Military with Orks, Praetorian and Vikings. Partnership with Vaxin. None with Aquilaeian.
They have Rock and Ice colonization, and Gas Colonization is in the queue.
Now their fleets have only attack ships. Their wars agains Drakols have not big changes.
Vaxin: Partnership with Praetorian. Orks, EA and Vikings. War with Drakols and Romulan. None with Pyrochette.
Not big changes.
They have only Gas Colonization.
Rage: War with the Piundon and with the Vikings. Trade Alliance with EA. T&R with Drakol and Romulan. None with Praetorian, Aquilaeian, Orks.
They only have one Homeworld and believe that will have problems to survive.

Aquilaeian: War with the Vikings. None with Rage, Piundon, EA and Pyrochette. Trade with Orks. Partnership with Praetorian, Romulan and Drakol.
Not big changes. Although they have lots of ships and well sized fleet, they never sent them to kill Vikins or Rage planets...
They have Rocks and Gas Colonization.
Pyrochette: Trade Alliance with Praetorian. Partnership with Romulan. None with Vikings, Vaxin and Aquilaeian. War against the Orks and EA.
They are expanding well, and killed the Last Ork’s starting planet.

Drakol: War with EA, Vaxin and Praetorian. Trade with Aquilaeian, Vikings. T&R with Rage. Military with Orks and Piundon. Partnership with Aquilaeian.
An EA fleet started an invasion into one of their homeworld’s systems, but they have good defenses over their planets, but not many ships.
Have lots mines into their planets, but they have not Mine Layers (ok, maybe their enemies have killed their Mine Layers!)
They have Gas and Rock Colonization.
Piundon: Military with Vikings and Drakol. War with Rage and EA. None with Praetorian, Aquilaeian and Romulan.
Very strong in 4 systems, but have problems to find more suitable planets. Lots of mines layed over the warp points.
Very cool attack ships.
They have only Rock Colonization.
