Whoa guys, I'm not saying there was criminally negligent maintainance problems, I'm saying that a few blades probably needed replacement, and better maintainance might have detected that.
And on what atrocities said, I totally agree. Ben Franklin once said something to the effect of "those who sacrifice freedom for security deserve neither freedom nor security". Pretty much says it all right there.
