1: Play LA pan or just take some death on your pretender (he dosnt have to be rainbow) and summon undead mages.
2: Play LA or no
3: Not with order/turmoil having as big an effect as the currently do (turmoil 1 might be allowable)
4: Well carrion woods is nice but nothing very big
