You know, that's what I thought too! That's why I was a bit surprised when Graeme said it multipies. I thought inn Dom2 quickness from spell/item simply replaces 50% quickness from bless. But since Graeme sounded confident I decided that maybe I do not remember things correctly, or perhaps it was changed in Dom3.
