Hmm, I don't know. I know that the Klingons and Romulans from the TDM-Modpack have .emps. Maybe the AI on those other races is not finished or whatever. Guess, we have to wait for Atrocities to reply
. If you create your own .emps, you can look onto the _AI_General.txt file that should be in the race folder to find out about the racial traits.
