That is a function of your PC's display, and not the game.

There is usually a button on the monitor, and/or you can play with the display software (right click on the dektop and then play with the settings).

Then play with the brigtness (gamma) and also the colour values. e.g. my monitor has 3 stock versions - a warmer one for photo work (reds increased?), a harsher brighter one for word-processing (mainly white documents) and another one that I cannot recall.

Also - ensure you have the correct colour temperature file loaded for your monitor in the display properties/settings/advanced/colour management tab. That is assuming you have the correct driver for your monitor installed, and not a "windows generic" driver.
