Game crash after rebellion
This is the second time I have a game crash after new empires arise during the game due to a rebellion.
First it was with version 1.13 now with 1.17 (both with balance mod but I don't think that this matters).
After the new empires show up in the player list the next game processing will hang up at "processing turn after all players". If I switch the new empire to human control the game will crash with an access violation after I try to login.
This is the most severe bug I ever encountered in SE V as it kills the game.
Edited: attached a savegame (10.2MB, .rar) with this bug version 1.17 Balance mod 0.98. Just process the turn to get the game hanging.
